in the pde's folder and also drag and drop this file on to your editor in which the pde is open (no kidding).

in general:

• Preparations, declarations, all one time stuff etc. in setup()
• all things that need update (search, draw etc.) in draw()

but you can build the stuff of the second kind into a function you call from draw()

 - or post me the code as a personal message and I'll have a look
