twitter4j and how to post and upload audio videos via YFrog?

Please understand I'm quite new to this matter. so my question will be a little naive.

I'm working on a project to upload and post audio and video messages to twitter.

So far, I found I can post messages with twitter4j.

But, not succeed to find out how to upload audio video.

What I found at least is that it's probably possible to use YFrogUpload class under twitter4j.media.

But, still not sure how to use it.

Is there anyone who has succeeded to do that, and can help me out with this?
