I suspect this is because twitter moved to OAuth (yes they did it some time ago) but twitpic always allowed for simple auth still, so I am guessing that this has changed...if I get time I will check it out again and try to confirm but I am pretty sure this is an OAuth issue.

man cool idea! sorry it left you in a lurch :(  Means my C# program with its own twitterpic api is broke too then if they stopped letting simple auth :(( ugh... unless i can pass on my twitter authcode.  *Sigh*
