Transparency in OpenGL

I try to change transparency for a picture in OpenGL. I use tint(255,128) and this doesn't work (I used standart processing function not opengl calls)
How to change texture transparency in Android Mode?

Try this:

tint (255,255,255,128);

Tint doesnt work on my android devices (SE X8 & android chinese tablet 2.3.1)

Someone got transparency working on Android ?

Tint(rgb,a) or fill(rgb,a) has no effect , either on simple or textured triangles. Do we have to get the GL context and change the blend mode by hand ?

tint(255,10) works as expected ( and that remembers me to RTFM ^^ )
