I've just begun working with Arduino and Processing and stumbled upon a tutorial ( found here) that let's the user mix colors using potentiometers. However, the tutorial only covers how to change the background color of a sketch. How would I go about if I wanted to edit the code to instead of changing the background color change the tint of an image?

Any help would make me a happy noob! :)
