Hi, I'm a newbie with processing, and I'm playing around with the code a little, trying to get used to it. Right now I'm trying to make a tic tac toe game for practice, and I'm wondering if anyone could guide me on how I should approach this.

I suggest you first try and make a braindump yourself. What do you need? How to store information? Like the state of each cell of the grid. How to display the graphical elements. How to manage mouse input.
Have a look at the samples shipped with Processing to find ideas and code snippets.
