I tried several ways, this was the one that worked:

1. org.gicentre.geomap.Table tab = new org.gicentre.geomap.Table("data.tsv", this);

Processing hasn't a Table class...
Several people reported a Table class in a book (from Ben Fry?), so perhaps that's the one you mention.
In this case, it might be simpler to just rename this class, since you have the source...

OK, sorry, I stand corrected, I forgot these has been added in 2.0.
I see the data package has grown a lot too, since a few beta versions.

Depending on what is the most frequently used, you can also use processing.data.Table and unprefix the other one.

Scala has an advantage here: it allows to rename a class on the fly when importing it, it is an elegant way to solve such conflicts.
