I am new to processing and would very much appreciate some technical help. As part of my project, I need to archive live data showing on a maxstream x ctu screen on my laptop and save to a  file. The maxstream software does not allow data to be stored. I need this stored data to be able to be sent via SMS on a dongle. I have no previous knowledge of the processing package and would very much appreciate some advice.
