Is it true that Table class doesn't work with csv file using semicolon as data separator?

Yes, apparently the comma is hard-coded in the code, not available as an option or in a variable that could be set.
On the other hand, that's Comma-Separated Values...
But since French and some other languages use comma as decimal separator, usage of semi-colons isn't unusual...

Option 1: just open your file with a text editor, and change all semi-colons to colon. But it cannot work if there are some colons in the file...
Option 2: open a bug at GitHub, if there isn't one already.
