mousePressed is both a "system" variable & an event function:

And its function form doesn't accept any parameter. It's empty!

what if i want mousePressed to work only when it's pressed on a specific image?

You have to check the mouse coordinates ( mouseX & mouseY) against the whole area of an object.

And it's better to use mousePressed() rather than mousePressed.
