I've being playing with P5 for some time already. It's my first and only programming experience. I haven't had classes of programming, and learned reading trough the web. Much here and in previous forums. I've learned a lot, and achieved to write some sketchs relatively complex, but i feel that i keep falling in every hole existent in the road. So I'm thinking to look for some more formal teaching in programming. My first idea was to go after some java classes, cause P5 is made on it. But then I started thinking if that's the way to go... Should i try go for a different, completely unknown language, like C++ (iOs stuff...) and keep my studies of Java by my self? Or (u can see I'm clueless) should I embrace HTML5? Witch seems to be very powerful and runs without plugins or downloads? JavaScript? Well... I don't know...
My approach is as a hobby so far, but this is getting bigger, and i'd like to be able to do more complex stuff. Always related with visual arts. Any thoughts?
Thanks
vk
ps: I know it is a personal matter, but some knowledge from skilled programer, that already know more languages may help me find my path.
