Pixel difference would be a solution, but the problem is that some of the shapes are rotated a littlebit. Or the small cube is placed on a different side. Since it's a large database I would like to use a simple script to compare the shapes and sort them on the difference of shape. Sometimes the buildings are a bit bigger, but the shape is the same.
