I'm pretty sure that this should be in General Discussion, but I'd leave PhiLho the final say...

I run Windows 7, and a list that is too long is scrollable... perhaps a Mac thing?
Nevertheless, the best solution is to organize your sketches into folders. If you've already done that, then create subfolders.

I have 64bit windows 7
I will try and make folders, try meaning if I go to the folder and manually move files and folders I assume they will work
Does Processing create the list on the fly by looking in the folder (not recording locations like Word)?

Whenever you restart Processing, it looks at the sketchbook folder anew... this way, you can keep all of your sketches when upgrading, and mess with the contents of the folder manually, as the PDE does not offer much in the way of file management.

In short, I use the file system more often than the editor, especially when creating database files and messing with the AndroidManifest.xml file in Android...

Questions about the PDE should go to this section...
In the past (WinXP), I had lot of sketches and the list indeed hadn't a scrollbar.
So I made lot of folders by categories, and it is more manageable this way.
Too bad we cannot explore our sketches like we can do (in a separate window) with Examples. (Unless it is done in 2.0?)
