The link above is to a public git repo where you can download this 2D Character creator I made as a way to figure out how to solve a more complex problem in another project. This program is set to run on linux, windows and mac. The source code is also available. Feel free to use what ever you want in your own projects just give credit to me. The images were all made using Charas EX (don't have a link sorry.)
