Moved from Processing Implementations where it had nothing to do...

Morphing isn't simple. It can be manageable if you have two "curves" made of an identical number of points and similar nature of points (eg. just lines between points). Basically, you can just move pointsA[i] to pointsB[i] in a number of steps. But even then, it can be ugly if the shapes are very different.
It becomes hard if the number of points differs. You have to join or split points in the travel.
And even harder in a SVG file where points can be for straight lines, bezier curves, quad curves, etc.

Sorry still very new at processing so trying to get my head around it!

I use Internet images so anybody can see the result quickly (as long as they are online...).
I save them to avoid downloading them on each run: less stress for the server, better speed for us.

Note this is just a fade in / out effect. Nothing to do with morphing.
Usually, in morphing software, we have to help the algorithm with a grid (from bitmap images) to distord, telling how a region maps to another region. For vectors, one might help by specifying which part of the path maps to the corresponding part in the other image. This needs quite some user interaction (and storage of her settings), so it is not trivial.
