Setting Position of Java Console

When processing runs, it fires up a Java Console, which seems to be placed randomly on the screen. Is there a way via preferences.txt or via code to set the position of Java Console? At the moment, I have to manually move it into place everytime I do a code / run cycle.

To be clear, I mean the Java Console that handles the println() stuff, not the GUI output of the Sketch.

Strange, on my Processing, on Windows 7, the console part is always attached to the bottom of the PDE, it is not floating around.

I am running from the command line, not from the PDE. There is a separate window for the Java Console, that is what I am trying to control.

Ah, you were missing a crucial information in your first message...
That said, when I run a sketch from the command line, I don't see the Java Console usually displayed when I start an applet in a browser or a Java Web Start application. I am on Windows, I don't know what happens on other systems.
I see the println() outputs in terminal window I opened to type (or paste) the command line used to run the sketch.
