Sending images to printer

I have programmed a photo editor program and I would like to print the photos directly from my program. Is it possible to send images to USB printer in processing?

It is possible, but you have to use the Java print classes, and it can be quite hairy.
I think this forum or a older one have an example or two.

You probably solved the problem aleady; but if you didn't an easy way of doing it is just use the open(File) instruction with the location of you images. It will open the pictures using windows picture viewer where you can easily print the images.

If you whatch at the end of the video I hit a print button on the screen that opens the windows picture viewer from where I can select and print any of the images created by my processing program. Easy and reliable.
