scaling an imported svg

hi all

follow up to my previous post (see interrogating lines in an imported svg)

is there a method that allows the scaling of an imported svg to match the screen height (or width) and maintain its proportions?

I don't know of one, but I imagine that something such as the following would work:

Or just use the global scale() before drawing the SVG.
