Hi All -
I'm wondering if anyone out there is running processing on embedded linux? Like beagleboard or gumstix modules. I'm running pd on gumstix currently, but I would like something a little more flexible. For small projects it seems like it may be an alternative to arduino that gives a lot more power.
As I understand, the version of java on gumstix is called jamvm, and is a little different to what you find on a conventional pc.
I also notice that processing is supporting android - does this mean it is more or less likely to run on openembedded (which is the version of linux that gumstix usually runs). I know that gumstix can run android also, but it is a little harder and not well supported.
