If not open the html page in notepad and look for a tag labelled Object then you will see the code for the embedded applet. Copy this code and place it in your iweb page. Also move the .jar files etc into the same folder as iweb website.

From what I have seen mobileme does not support java applets so you may have to store on an external host if you are planning on using that.
