It would try to use rotate()...

The easy way out is to call pushMatrix(), translate(xpos, ypos), rotate(rotation is radians), text(your text here, 0, 0), popMatrix().
(and change the textAlign() for different position, you probably want textAlign(CENTER, CENTER).)
More advanced, of course, uses cos() and sin() to directly change the location of the text.
