Yes, you WILL have to break it up.

you'll need two PFonts - one for std text, one for bold

you'll need to break up the line by yourself, and place the pieces by yourself

you'll use textWidth() to figure out how to place them

so if you have three strings:

"One" " Bold " "Word"   (note that spaces are included!

then you would do something like

1. textFont(regularFont);
2. w1 = textWidth("One");
3. w3 = textWIdth("Word");
4. textFont(boldFont);
5. w2 = textWidth(" Bold ");

now you can place all the pieces, because
   wAll = w1+w2+w3

so:

1. tx = (width-wAll)/2;
2. textFont(regularFont);
3. text("One",tx,lineHeight);
4. text("Word",tx+w1+w2,lineHeight);
5. textFont(boldFont);
6. text(" Bold ",tx+w1,lineHeight);
   

where "lineHeight" is the baseline
