i'm sure someone will be along shortly and give you the exact code you need so that you learn nothing. but in the meantime here are some things to look up in the reference

PImage - the main image class
loadImage(filename);
random
get - get a pixel
set - set a pixel
pixels[] - lower level access to pixels

generally you have to show us what you have and we'll try and point you in the right direction
