Hi,
Just auto updated to version 7.6.9 of Quicktime and previously working Video library is now broken.
System: XP, Processing 1.2.1
Both Movie and Capture reporting errors.
Examples | Library | Video(Movie) | Loop.pde is throwing:
"Could not find Quicktime, please reinstall QuickTime 7 or later."
Exception in thread "Animation Thread" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: quicktime/std/StdQTException
at Loop.setup(Loop.java:37)
at processing.core.PApplet.handleDraw(Unknown Source)
at processing.core.PApplet.run(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:619)
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: quicktime.std.StdQTException
at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(URLClassLoader.java:200)
at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method)
at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(URLClassLoader.java:188)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:307)
at sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader.loadClass(Launcher.java:301)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:252)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClassInternal(ClassLoader.java:320)
... 4 more
Anyone else experienced this?
Any ideas to fix ?
Thanks,
adamh
[UPDATE:] Uninstalling Quicktime and installing older 7.6 from http://support.apple.com/downloads/#quicktime has resolved.
