Processing won't start

Just downloaded Processing 2.0.2, and whenever I try to run it, I get this:

I'm in Windows 8, 32bit.

It looks like the PDE is attempting to list the tools in the directory named tool in the sketchbook and it fails because of an I/O issue.

It might be because it failed to create such directory or there is a file named identically.

If you know where your sketchbook is, go to it and try and create an empty folder named tool there.
