The idea is that we use a complex region of the face, like your face or the palm of your hand and create a mapping reference. From there , using 2d-3d algorithm I developed, we can manipulate the surrounding pixels in realtime, thus giving the illusion of movement. As you can see from the video in the first post, I am just using the surrounding colours of the the video and eventually the background goes black.

This technique works perfectly with animated films like Ghost in The Shell  and Ninja Scrolls. From here was want to use water as a medium surface.
