Can I create a processing application for android, and have it run on a phone (without being connected to the computer) that is not part of any plan?

(Basically, what I'm trying to achieve is having a processing sketch running on a phone with HDMI output so that it can connect to a PK301 projector, and I can walk around my city easily putting up projections, without having to worry about a ton of gear).

after you compile and run your sketch on Android device the sketch will appear on your phone as a new application in your launcher. So you will be able to open it any time.

Also remember to propertly set up your phone/tablet not to lock/dim screen after few minutes of running
