Processing on a Kindle Fire

I have a first generation Kindle Fire. I would like to view my sketches on the device. Is it possible?

The Kindle Fire's OS is a custom build of Android for Amazon ... but the underlying system is the same, so shouldn't be a problem running a processing app. BUT ... AS any custom os, you may need to root your kindle in order to be able to 'play' with it. ( As in http://deviceguru.com/kindle-fire-root-and-tweak/ )

A simple 'run' from Processing IDE will give you an answer ;)

Thanks for the response. Luckily my kindle is already rooted. So do I have to install some custom Java.apk or something or should the process be the same for android phones. Where I go through the lengthy process of creating an apk and copying it it to the kindle to install it?
