Processing IDE's default font

Currently, I have been editing the editor's font in the preference.txt. My current setting is:

editor.font=Courier New,Regular,13

Well, the editor font isn't really Courier New.

So, I'd like to know how I can restore to the default preference (everything including editor font) and also how to make set the editor's font correctly.

Not a programming question, moved...

It is not supposed to be Regular, but plain.
This setting, for example, works for me:
editor.font=Envy Code R,plain,13

I hope you don't modify the preferences.txt file in the Processing installation folder!
You are supposed to change the file in your user directory.
If you want to restore the default settings, delete (or, better, rename) the file and restart Processing, it will recreate a default one from the one it has in the installation dir. Otherwise, get the original file from the archive.
