Processing IDE app for Android?

I'm interested in actually writing Processing sketches on my Galaxy Tab 10.1 (I have a Bluetooth keyboard for it which should make that easier). Everything I've come across this morning is about writing programs to run on the tablet, but nothing has said whether there's a Processing IDE app written for Android. Anyone have experience with this?

I remember this question being asked a while ago, and then, the answer was no. As far as I know, the answer is still no. It might be an interesting project to try to create one... I might try that some time...

Guess I'll wait for a Windows 8 tablet, then. I really wish there was any use at all for an Android tablet.

What you can do with your Android device (not that i tried it), is to run a VNC viewer on it ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=android.androidVNC#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDIxMiwiYW5kcm9pZC5hbmRyb2lkVk5DIl0.), and on your desktop PC run VNC server. This way you can use your desktop PC to run the Processing IDE and to compile your program. The only problem however, is how to get it on your Android device.

easy way to get it from pc to android is via dropbox. I save all my sketches to dropbox so they are available from wherever i am.

Some sort of VNC thing would be a good idea - wonder how well that would work from afar... I already use Dropbox which is beautiful for working across several computers, but I haven't found the Android implementation to be particularly useful. It's good for viewing pictures and stuff, but it doesn't do device sync (yet).

MyProcessing sounds more like what I was hoping for... I'll give that a shot.

Yeah, i forgot Dropbox. That's a good program to transfer files between different devices. An other option could be Google Drive or Microsoft Skydrive.
