I use processing IDE on Windows 7 behind internet proxy. I can't add library with library manager ("An error occured when downloading thi list of available contributions").

 

I have set Http_proxy and Https_proxy (user:password@proxy IP:port)

 

It is possible to connect IDE to Internet via proxy ?
