You don't give much information... I am guessing you are Chinese, using a Chinese locale / OS.
So part of the dialog is using locale strings, in ideograms. But the dialog is made in Java, using a font shipped with the language, which probably lacks such Unicode glyphs. So instead it displays it with boxes.

The solution might be generic: search how to make Java to display hanzi characters, and apply the trick (if there is one) to the Java shipped with Processing (or your Java installation. I don't know if Java is shipped with the Mac version of Processing).
