Processing can't run in Linux and how to run .pde in terminal

Hi all,

I installed Processing-1.5.1 in Linux, however when I tried to run it ( ./processing ), it says "/root/processing-1.5.1/java/bin/java: l: /root/processing-1.5.1/java/bin/java: Syntax error: "{" unexpected ". I opened that file but don't know how to fix it. Also is there any way to run .pde in terminal ?

I really have to try installing Processing in my virtual Lubuntu Linux I have here.
So I can check what is going on!

Are you running programs as root??? You shouldn't do that!

Anyways, just installed Processing v1.5.1 on Linux Lubuntu running on VirtualBox.
It's worked flawlessly, both by double-clicking the executable and running from terminal as well!

I've tested it both w/ bundled old Java and by removing that subfolder!
