Hello,

Is there a set protocol for installing the "de" libraries for Unfolding with Processing? I keep getting an error saying Processing can not find the library. Mind you I have installed quite a few libraries in my adventures so this is not my first rodeo. I have placed the "de" folder into the "C:\My Documents\processing\libraries" but when I run the sketch it says it can't find the "de" library. I am open to any suggestions anyone may have.

I had to install a vanilla Java library called "acm.jar".
This is the path I've placed it -> ~/sketchbook/libraries/acm/library/acm.jar

So, the folder for "acm.jar" gotta be named /acm too. That is, the same name as the .jar file.
And inside /acm, "acm.jar" gotta be inside subfolder /library.

Inside /acm, a file called "library.properties" seems to be important too.

Notice that any 3rd-party libraries should be placed inside your own personal "sketchbook" folder.
Don't use any subfolders where Processing is actually installed!

Ron,

Did you manage to install Unfolding? And are you using Processing 1.5 (should not be related, just to check).

Seems you unpacked the jar file (or downloaded the full github repo or something). You only need to download the library for Processing ( http://unfoldingmaps.org/downloads), and follow the instructions in the tutorial.

Making a little progress here. I have managed to get the "de" libraries working however now I am getting another error. I noticed in the instructions it say Unfolding will only work with Processing 1.5. Perhaps this is the issue I am having, as I am running the 2.0.2 version. Never the less I am using this code as a test sketch.

If it's for P1.5.1, you either use that or ask the library's author to update it.

Indeed, the PGraphicsOpenGL class changed deeply, so any library using inner features like ImageCache or similar is prone to fail.
I saw the author of the Unfolding library answering some threads, search the forum for news...
