processing application wont launch... java error

hey there,

i'm running os 10.5.8 and keep getting the following error in the console when i
try to launch processing:

[javaAppLauncher Error] Failed to re-execute into [i386] from[x86_64]
[javaAppLauncher Error] unable to find a version of Java to launch
[javaAppLauncher Error].org.processing.app[172]) Exited with exit code: 1

i'm running v 1.2.1 of processing.

I'm not entirely sure, but this seems like an architecture issue... do you have a 64 bit Intel Mac?

At any rate, it seems like the OS can't find the right Java. Before you try anything else, make sure you've done all your software updates and have the latest Java from Apple.
