Processing and Stage Lighting SPD031 HELP

Hello all from Processing Forum =)

Please, we are searching deep in internet and found nothing so far =(
If anyone can help me...

- We have to make a hardware lighting model SPD031 make it turn on and turn off when we want to. We managed to make this work using simple leds, with Flash and Processing. But with this lamp it does not work.

We tried with DMX library for processing and other libraries, but nothing works. I really think we are doing something wrong.

Anyone can help us?
We need the lamp below turn on and turn off when we want to, can be via web browser (a database or something) or just with Flash. Oh, and the lamp has an input DMX that connect into our PC via USB interface.

DMX is the protocol to consider when using lighting hardware.

Which library did you used ?
Which USB interface did you used too ?
Have any output from the console or something that could help a bit more?

We tried with the Open DMX Usb library and portIO library. We managed to check if it recognizes the port and it does... but the lights never turns on or turns off... its our first experience with this and we are a little lost :P

The interface I think we used the Interface USB DMX (at least this is written on the cable).

We can check that its in COM3 the connection and it shows to us in the console, when we make the command
println(Serial.list());

But we just checked that, just with the USB cable plugged into the PC BUT NOT into the Stage Lighting, it returns us the connection message of COM3... I mean... just plugin the cable in PC works... even not connected to the lamp... only connecting the cable in PC works the connection message.

I'm sorry but i don't get something.
The interface usually looks like a tiny box (and not just a cable).
Is that this one you are using ?
