Problems Installing Android SDK

I have installed and reinstalled this SDK many times. Whenever I install it, it works fine, until I try to run a program. Whether its and example, or just a blank sketch, i get these error messages, the latter of which I can make hide nor hair of.
I tried installing all levels, including 7, and running them separately, together, and in combinations.
This one, I have no idea what it means:
This is what I had installed for the above error messages, even though the message was similar throughout all of my test runs.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer, and sorry if this is a dumb question, I dont have any experience with android's platform.
