problem with webcam

i am trying to run myRGB from the NyART toolkit these error pops up saying
"0integrated webcam #2 wdm problem connecting video output to webcam "
and
"1 bluetooth video WDM problem connecting video output to webcam"
i use windows vista sp2
core 2 duo
dell studio xps 16
creative integrated camera
i have installed the latest quicktime along wit qtcap
but the error remains the same
