Problem with the processing download

I have download a zip folder from the processing.org and tried to run the processing.exe but it fails to execute and the error message comes "could not find the main class processing.app.base ,the program will exit"

Please help me out in this issue

i am having Vista OS

Did you download the windows version or windows version (without java) ?

That might be because you downloaded the version without java and don't have any jre or jdk installed on your machine.

Edit : seems you're not alone, there is a bug reporting it issue 151 and issue 176

Are you trying to run processing 1.2.1 are you running vista 64 or 32 bits ?
