I think you have to uninstall processing 2.0b6 and OpenCV2.4.3 AND then you can try Processing 1.5.1 (download from here) and opencv 1.0 (download OpenCV_1.0.exe from here ) . You also need to update systemPath for OpenCV.

Keep in mind that you should install updated JAVA on your computer ...

After installing Processing 1.5.1 , you should get Processing 1.5.1 folder in your drive..
Place the OpenCV library in Processing 1.5.1\Sketchbook\Libraries folder .
After installing OpenCV 1.0 should find the OpenCV folder in C:\Program Files ...

For update the system path for OpenCV , First of All,

Go to
-My Comuter , Right Click on it and select Properties.
-You should see the Control Panel window, And from left side of the window  select the Advance System Settings.
-In the System Properties window (in Advanced tab) click on the Environment Variables button.
-Now , In Environment Variables window select the PATH Variable name and click the Edit button and  then right at the end of the Variable value list type ;C:\Program Files\OpenCV\bin; 
-Now Click OK button and close all that down and RESTART your computer. Hopefully, it should works.
