Problem adding Processing library.

What I have done until now:
- downloaded the library
- unzipped the library
- copied the library in the root folder of processing and in a folder created by me in the sketch folder.
- Processing 1.5.1 was closed when I tried to do this and when I finished I started it again.
When I am looking in the sketch menu at import library the library is not there.
Is this the correct way to go? Should there be any steps to go?
