how to print or view possible commands or functions of a class or a library ?

In most libraries, there is a documentation. In general, it is based on the JavaDoc format. Such format lists all the classes and for each of them, an HTML page lists all the methods of the class.

i hought there is a comman that you wrote could do it

or something like what is in python where instruction appear once you write the function

Python is interpreted, thus more interactive than Processing.
In the PDE, you can select a function like background() then go to Help > Find in Reference to open a Web page of the Reference of Processing, but I think it doesn't work with libraries.

nope, sadly it doesnt work for libraries, would be pretty useful though.
Maybe this is something that could be solved with a processing tool that connects to the different javadocs...
