Your path is a bit strange, I don't know what is this lib://
Anyway, the best way to have the exact path to the file is to go to File > Preferences in the PDE, and look at the bottom of the dialog: the path there is clickable and will open an explorer on this path.

Don't forget to restart the PDE, of course.

Side note: my own preference is:

I used to use Andale Mono as my main coding font, I switched to Envy Code R recently, partly because it distinguishes well { and ( (my eyes are less acute than some years ago).
Font preferences are, by definition, highly individual. I point to this one just for information. I tried many fonts before settling on this one... for now.
Personally, I prefer these crisp, pixelized fonts to the anti-aliased ones, like Consolas, looking too blurry and too fat for my taste.
