No. That's something Java doesn't support, as most of the time a good usage of OOP makes this unneeded.

There are some corner cases, though (like making libraries compatible with both 1.5.1 and 2.0 versions of Processing!) and so there are lot of pre-processors for Java (or generic enough to work for Java).
