Possible to Take Images from more that Data Folder?

Hi,
Doing a mapping-type sketch, I have a need to conditionally specify data from more than one folder.
Is that possible?
Can one read images from multiple folders under the "data" folder?
(Such as)
Level0
Level1
Level2
