possible to convert text in outlines?

Hi all, I have two question:

1> there is some library for text analysis?

and, also very important:

2> there is a method to convert a text in outlines and then points? (to send it to a cnc via serial)

Both are very very close to what i need.

I'm not very expert in processing, but I'll try to use it for generate the paths.

I would need a script who take a text, find the points on the outlines, and then send it to an arduino.

Maybe is not too much difficult.

With geomerative I can do part of what I want: get points from the text.

I have a question though: can I create paragraphs in which formatting the given text? And for example that use the hyphernation and alignment inside?

Since you handle text at low level (glyphs), you have to do this yourself, computing the dimensions of each glyph and carefully computing their position relative to the others and to the bounds you set.

Seems very difficult, there is some example?

Or, Geometrive can take a normal text box ( text("string", X, Y, Height, Width);) and convert it in outlines?
