This is deceptively brilliant and you're selling your accomplishment way short!  For the amount of code you have, and what you've accomplished with it you should really write an article or a chapter in a processing book. 

I looked at your video first and then started reading your code.  I was honestly looking for the rest of the code for a minute.  When I realized it was all on one page I just got a huge grin on my face.  I'm just so impressed with what you did it makes me smile :-)

When I was new to Processing (and Arduino) I found two fantastic communities and tons of material on the net. I learnt a lot of things by people who just wanted to share his knowledge with other people around the world, I always thought this is fantastic.
Now that i know something more, I'm glad to share my works to give something back :-)
