Please help to change horizontal to vertical in existing coding

Hi there,
I'm doing some experiments with sound visuals. Can anyone please help me to change the direction in the existing coding, so that the sound 'flows' left-to-right instead of bottom-to-top (the drawing is attached).

It is simply a matter of changing around the coordinates...

Where you have:

float x1 = track.left.get(i)*column_width/2 + (column_norm);
float x2 = track.left.get(i+1)*column_width/2 + (column_norm);
float y1 = height - y/vertical_scaling;
float y2 = height - (y+1)/vertical_scaling;

you need to change it so that:
Each corresponding x and y ( x1 and y1, x2 and y2) are flipped, and the ys are negated.

If that doesn't work, I may have to look at it more closely...
But it should.

Hurray! it works horizontal now,
but it flows right-to-text instead of left-right.
can you please help to fix?

Also the columns are now wired, probably i should change some settings for them now when they flow horizontal.
can you advice please.

And one more thing, I was trying to make the columns flow slower, is it easy to make?
Can you please help?
