Pixel array shuffling

Hi,

I am trying to shuffle an array with all the pixels of each frame of a movie that's being played.

Here is a code I found in the forum that apparently does so with an image. Yet I can't make it work with a movie. Plus I don't need it to run on click...

PImage meninas;
void setup() {
meninas = loadImage("meninas.jpg");
size(meninas.width,meninas.height);
}
void draw(){
image(meninas,0,0);
}
void mouseClicked(){
image(meninas,0,0);
meninas.loadPixels();
for (int t=height*width;t>1;t--){
int rnd = int(random(t));//check from whats left
int h = meninas.pixels[rnd];
meninas.pixels[rnd]=meninas.pixels[t-1];//swap
meninas.pixels[t-1]=h;//shuffle
}
meninas.updatePixels();
}

Any help would be more than appreciated!

Well, that's basically the same code, except you do it on a movie image and in draw() instead of on mouse click...

Actually, I did try to do so, but I got no image at all. What did I do wrong??

The issue is simple: you display the frame before the shuffle, not after!

Oh, and aren't you supposed to read the frames?

The code below seems to stop at the first frame and shuffle its pixels...

How do I display all the frames ?

Now that works but I get the initial movie flickering in the background... Rrrrrrrrrrrh

Re-read my answer. And re-take a look at the Movie reference.
