peasycam libraray file missing from GitHub and "add library" function of Processing20b9

I downloaded the latest PeasyCam library from
https://github.com/jeffg2k/peasycam/blob/master/distribution/peasycam.zip?raw=true
However, there's no library folder inside. Should I compile it by myself? and How?
It is also missing from the "add library" function of Processing 2.0b9
Where should I download the latest version of PeasyCam? Thanks!
